BE A PART OF THE FESTIVAL!

Each year the Calgary Kiwanis Festival provides amateur students with the opportunity to perform in front of a live audience, be adjudicated by professionals and experience the thrill of competition.

Our volunteers truly are the backbone of our organization:

• It takes a crew of committed volunteers to coordinate more than 10,000 students throughout 3 weeks of competition.
• Each year, more than 125 volunteers donate approximately 2500 hours of their time.
• Volunteers hear students of all ages and skill levels in a variety of categories from piano to percussion and harps to handbells!

You don't need a background in music to volunteer at the Festival. The greatest asset our volunteers bring is a love for music and the speech arts.
